You bring the idea.
I’ll help you land it.
If you’ve got an idea, a shift, or something you can’t stop thinking about but don’t know where to start — that’s where I come in.
The hardest part usually isn’t the idea. It’s connecting it to the ground. Turning vision into something you can actually act on.
That’s the work.
How we work together
We start with a real conversation.
You tell me what you're thinking about, building, or trying to figure out. No pitch. No performance. Just clarity.
Then I do some research, think it through, and build a starting plan tailored to your idea and your situation — not generic advice pulled from a template.
The goal is a simple shift: from "I think this could work" to "I know how to start."
From there, it's yours to run with.
This tends to be most helpful if…
You're starting something new and unsure where to begin.
You keep circling an idea but haven't acted on it.
You're pivoting and need clearer direction.
You're leading something that feels bigger than your current plan.
What you’ll walk away with
A clear place to start — not a list of things to figure out later.
A written plan built around your specific situation.
Your top priorities ranked, so you know what to move on first.
Actual research and thinking behind the recommendations, not gut instinct dressed up as strategy.
If any of that sounds familiar, we’ll probably have a good conversation.
Why I do this work
I've spent more than 20 years helping organizations turn strategy into something people can actually act on. I've watched good ideas stall because no one took the time to shape them into a plan. I've been the person in the room trying to make something happen without a roadmap.
That experience is what I bring here.
I'm not going to take over your vision. I'm going to listen carefully, ask better questions, and hand you back something you can move on.
You’re closer than you think.
If an idea keeps coming back to you, there's probably something there. You don't need it fully figured out. You just need a clear place to start.
One conversation. No commitment. Just a place to start.
